Our first priority is to ship your order the same day that you place it. Our goal is 100% accuracy in shipping your order correctly the first time. Every effort is made to find a way to satisfy your customer's needs.
Any product which we assemble, from a Series 2000 or J Valve, to Pump & Motor assemblies, is shipped fully tested to ensure correct and smooth operation when installed. We strive to find simple solutions to improve our service to you without fancy names or clich`es. Along with our large inventory of standard products, we carry many unique and specialty items.
For the past 26 years Control Products, Inc. has prided ourselves on carrying a wide range of products designed to satisfy your customers needs. If you have a special application requiring modifications of the standard configuration, Control Products has the capabilty to help you size and adapt the "standard" to meet those needs. Eric Sengheiser, our Lead Engineer, is here to design modifications that work.
Remember at Control Products, Inc. if you place a standard stock order we will ship it the day you place the order. If you need modifications, Control Products, Inc. will make every effort to ship your order on the agreed upon date; if for any reason your order will not be shipped when we promise to ship you will be notified as soon as possible and a new arrangement can be reached.
