Spence Steam Atomizing Desuperheaters

300 Series Stainless Steel

Spence brand desuperheaters reduce the temperature of superheated steam by controlling the direct injection of cooling water. It's mechnical atomizing has a 2.5:1 turndown and steam atomzing at 20:1 turndown. Line sizes range from 3" to 24" with larger sizes available upon request. This desuperheater is capable of velocities to 8000 feet per minute. This despuperheater is composed of 300 series stainless steel.
